Subscriptions:
Some parts of the Service are billed on a “Subscription” basis, though not binded by a contract the billing cycle is of thirty days after the seven-day setup period you go through when you sign up for our Services. That is to say, your first bill is charged after the seven-day set-up period, and subsequently, you are charged every thirty days. As a customer, you must maintain a valid credit or debit card or bank account for automatically deducted transactions. When you subscribe to our Services you agree that we may charge your credit or debit card, withdraw amounts from your designated account, or charge any other payment due in your subscription on any other method that you have on file.
Upgrading, Downgrading, and Cancellations:
If you wish to either upgrade, downgrade or cancel the Services you have selected, please contact Team By The Minute at info@teambytheminute.com or 801-797-0580. Your upgrade or downgrade is effective immediately and applies to the entire monthly billing period during which you contacted us.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds:
Cancellations can be done at any moment. Such notice may be given, in person, by email, or via a phone call. When you cancel the Service before the next billing cycle, your Service remains active until the end of your billing period. Following that, it will be canceled automatically and only administrators are allowed to log in and reactivate the account. Except for downgrades and cancellations by you, all payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used Services.
Modifying and Terminating our Services:
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether. The Customer and Team By The Minute have the right to terminate any Service Agreement for any reason, including the termination of Services already in progress. Team By The Minute may also stop providing Services to you or add/create new limits to our Services at any time.
Software in our Service:
Our Services do not require you to download a software, you will be using the “Third Party Software” to synchronize with your platforms, this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. Some Services may let you adjust your settings. The Licenses, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy of the software used belongs to the developers of the software full disclosure will follow. Terms and Conditions of the use of Promotional Discount Code(s)—Team By The Minute
Information on how to use the Discount Code forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, the claimant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms & Conditions for the Discount Code to be valid.
Discount Codes are valid for a limited time only. This Discount Code is for the Promotional Campaign of 10% For First Time Subscribers date effective from 04/29/2022 to 05/31/2022. The discount provided in this campaign applies to the billing of the first month of any of our services plans and it is for new subscribers only.
Each claimant is entitled to one Discount Code per promotion of the establishment. Discount Codes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other codes or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered by Team By The Minute.
Each Discount Code is identified by a code and has a specific reward. The claimant must be a new subscriber to a Team By The Minute, and the code is exclusive to the first month of service offered by Team by the Minute on any of their existing plans. The code can be redeemed for a single service payment, the Discount Code is not a permanent discount to any service provided by Team By The Minute. It is applicable during the signing up phase whilst being bound by the Terms & Conditions linked to the redemption of the Discount Code. Exceptions may apply with consultation with a Representative.
Discount Codes are only applicable to Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover purchases and are redeemable online on the Team By The Minute website. The following is the current Team By the Minute website, which could be subjected to change: www.teambytheminute.com
To redeem the Discount Code, the claimant types their designated code into a promotional box in the subscription field of the Team by The Minute website. The relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of the qualifying purchase. If the claimant fails to enter the coupon code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of a claimant’s purchase
on the Team By The Minute website.
Each Discount Code is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the promotion.
Discount Codes cannot be replaced by other promotional discount counts made in prior campaigns.
If a Discount Code is used and an entire payment cycle (in accordance with the cancellation policy) is canceled at a later stage by the claimant, the coupon will no longer be valid.
The Discount Code is not valid for all periods of the year. Meaning that at the same time next year the Discount Codes are subjected to change or could not be eligible at all. There may be periods, particularly during the seasons, for which the Discount Code may not be usable at all.
Team By The Minute shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence). As a result of accepting and/or using the discount Code, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Team By The Minute has no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email or other communications. Team By the Minute assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage, or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such concerns arise, then Team By the Minute may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Discount Code.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to U.S. Laws and to the jurisdiction of the courts of the U.S.
Team By The Minute reserves the right to discontinue a Discount Code at any time.
